Description

During a nature walk between errands near Sausalito, California, God sent this honeybee to pollinate a beautifully backlit flower. The quick action of this speedy insect was phenomenal.

This photograph was taken after a half-hour wait.

With prayer.

And over 100 tries with various flowers and honeybees.

Until I got the picture I wanted.

I felt God speak clearly to my heart that there are many of us who wait on answers to our prayers.

It could be physical, emotional, relational or financial needs.

I felt God’s heart encourage you:

Don’t give up.

Continue to ask by faith, according to HIS will.

Continue to persevere.

Like this industrious honeybee, be consistent in all you do.

Stay in the game with your participation ~ whether that is to practice better health habits such as to eat healthier foods, take more time for prayer and to read God's Word, or feed your mind with thoughts of excellence, or all of the above...

As you seek the King of the universe for HIS wisdom and guidance (Proverbs 3:5-6 is a good passage on which to meditate),
and step out of your comfort zone,
that is, step out in faith, put your faith into action,
and keep your focus on Yeshua Jesus, the Author and Finisher of your faith ~
And let God do His part...

...you will see miracles happen.

God’s “suddenlies”.

Like the miracle of this photograph.

All to the glory of God.

So when life throws you a curve ball out of the blue ~ first thing to do is to wait on the Lord.

Count to ten, quiet your soul and focus exclusively on the Messiah and His love ~ BEFORE you react to circumstances in thought, word or deed.

And see your perspective change before your very eyes.

Let’s accept the challenge to practice that daily.

Psalm 62:5 gives us a great take-away:

“For God alone my soul waits in silence and quietly submits to Him, for my hope is from Him.”
