Description

A pair of majestic snowy egrets (Egretta thula) take flight over a tributary near San Francisco Bay, emulating poetry in motion.

With their territorial disposition, it is not often I see these graceful birds peacefully co-existing. But when they do, it is magnificent to watch.

I am reminded of King David's words in Psalm 133:1:: "Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to dwell together in unity!" (Tree of Life Version [TLV])
