God bless our Veterans! This is a composite of photos I took featuring a U.S. Navy Blue Angels jet and the American flag, two beloved emblems of our Country.

We salute the branches of the U.S. Military: Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard ~ the brave men and women in uniform who have and are serving valiantly to protect freedom here in America and abroad.

Three veterans in my family for whom I would like to convey special recognition are my Uncles and my Cousin Jon who served in the U.S. Army.

Let us thank our Veterans and active-duty Soldiers for their service, and pray for their protection (Psalm 91). God bless you, God bless America, and may America bless God!

The Blue Angels are the United States Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron featuring Navy and Marine Corps jet pilots. Celebrating their 75th anniversary in 2021, the Blue Angels have performed for nearly 500 million people worldwide since 1946. Additionally, each show season the Blue Angels visit more than 50,000 people during school and hospital visits.

My photos of the Blue Angels jet and US Flag were taken during the San Francisco Fleet Week (SFFW), an annual public event honoring the contributions of the men and women of the United States Armed Forces. According to the official SFFW website, it is the largest and most significant event of its kind in the U.S. and features a unique training and education program bringing together civilian and military forces to develop and share best practices in humanitarian assistance

Since the sky of my original photo was very mundane, as background I added a third photo of clouds viewed from a church parking lot in Vacaville, California to enhance this image. I added the "God Bless Our Veterans" logo specially designed for this image.
