I voted early in the California June 2022 Primary, hand-delivering my absentee ballot to the County Elections Department office, because I do not trust any drop box location.
Afterward, I asked God where to go for my daily walk. I felt the Lord leading me to stop nearby, and came across this: a memorial dedicated to those who served and sacrificed for our precious freedoms, including the sacred duty to vote.
A powerful reminder.
May we never take our precious God-given freedoms for granted, but seize the moment, pray, educate ourselves on the candidates and issues ~ and vote.
For those interested in a Judeo-Christian faith-based voter guide, one of the resources I’ve found helpful is: https://www.biblicalvoter.com
Featured are voter guides for all 50 states.

This is my first serious try at taking photos with my old-school G4 flip-phone, as my regular camera needs repair/replacement. The U.S. Flags and World War II Memorial photos are the best ones I chose from over 300 photos I took of this magnificent tribute to those who served and sacrificed. I added a lens flare in the upper right of the US flags group photo showing the flags at half-staff in honor of Memorial Day weekend 2022 which was a few days before these photos were taken. The "I Voted" photo was taken with a tablet computer.
There is a saying in photography ~ which can be applied to life in general, too ~ that what counts is not only the quality of equipment, but also what you do with it to create works of art. Indeed, God gave us precious time and talents to use for His glory. What we do with them is our gift back to God.

Embedded in the top right-hand corner is the Hebrew acronym for "B'ezras Hashem" [ב ס " ד] meaning "with God's help". It is a reminder to me as an artist and photographer of my dependence on the Almighty, the Originator of all creativity. This is a similar acknowledgement used by great artists like Johann Sebastian Bach and George Frideric Handel who signed their work with the Latin phrase, "Soli Deo gloria" which means, "Glory to God alone".

A beautiful and poignant collage, Brian! Love your remarks as well. Your comments on the equipment used reminded me of something I had been told once and often share with others..."The best camera in the world is the one in your hand." You have created a work of art!
