Artist's Description
After a busy day of attending webinars, coaching and training calls and bookwriting, I took a “refreshment break” to prepare this artwork image: A painted lady butterfly (Vanessa cardui) sips nectar from a mule's ears blossom (Wyethia angustifolia) at Point Reyes National Seashore in Marin County, California.
It was truly amazing how this butterfly hung on for dear life in spite of strong wind gusts that wildly tossed the flower back and forth. Being outdoors is like experiencing God’s live-action “movie theater” of nature.
This photo was taken during one of my recent wildflower photography journeys. It is available as a fine art print.
“All things were made through Him,
and apart from Him nothing
was made that has come into being.”
