Description
Breathtaking aspen adorn the landscape alongside U.S. Highway 395 in the eastern Sierra Nevada foothills of California near the town of Lee Vining.
This valley view, seen during a day trip in October 2017, beckoned me to pull over and admire its spectacular beauty... a stunning combination of rolling desert hills and high-altitude deciduous trees.

The Creator of the Universe has masterfully painted this grove of majestic quaking aspen (Poplus tremuloides), set ablaze with gorgeous autumn splendor at its prime.
These colors of Thanksgiving remind me daily to praise the One Who gives life to all things.
