Description
Water droplets form on the leaves of a Japanese lace leaf maple (Acer palmatum var.) during a rare June rainfall this morning in the garden north of San Francisco.
With California experiencing the fourth year of the worst drought in its history (as of 2015), every bit of rain is precious in the Golden State that provides much of the nation's produce.
It is a stark reminder to cherish every blessing and to conserve our precious resources.
